Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your RotaKeep account and all associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your account.
What happens next
- We will process your request within 30 days
- Your account, profile, and personal data will be permanently deleted
- Your rota history and messages will be removed
- If you are an employee, your employer's records may retain anonymised shift history for payroll purposes
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
